The Oil Palm Extractor is designed to extract crude palm oil from digested palm fruit mash through mechanical pressing. The machine uses a screw press mechanism that compresses the mash inside a perforated cylindrical cage, forcing oil to flow out through small openings.

The Oil Palm Digester is designed to mash sterilized palm fruits in order to break down the pulp and release palm oil prior to extraction. The digestion process softens the palm fruit pulp and separates oil-bearing fibers from the nut. This machine consists of a vertical cylindrical tank equipped with rotating stirring arms that mash palm fruits under controlled heating conditions.
The Cassava Fryer is a specialized processing machine used in garri production to fry fermented cassava mash under controlled heating conditions. The frying process removes moisture from the cassava mash while converting it into granulated garri. The machine consists of a large frying pan equipped with a mechanical stirring system that continuously agitates the cassava mash during frying. This prevents burning and ensures uniform heating.
The Cassava Slicer is designed to cut cassava tubers into uniform chips or slices for drying and further processing into cassava flour, starch, ethanol, or animal feed. Uniform slicing improves drying efficiency and ensures consistent product quality.
The Cassava Peeler is a mechanical processing machine designed to remove the outer skin and cortex layer of cassava tubers before further processing into garri, flour, starch, or ethanol. The machine operates using a rotating abrasive drum or peeling chamber lined with rough abrasive surfaces. As cassava roots rotate within the drum, friction between the cassava and abrasive surfaces removes the outer peel. Continuous rotation ensures uniform peeling while minimizing damage to the edible portion of the tuber.
The Wet Grinder is designed for efficient agro-processing operations, improving productivity and reducing manual labor.
The Cassava Grater is used to convert fresh cassava tubers into fine mash, which can then be processed into products such as garri, cassava flour, and starch.
