  • "Products" refers to the agricultural processing equipment and accessories listed on our website.

To place orders, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

3. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the website are error-free. If a product you purchase is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversions displayed on the website are approximate.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement applies.
  • Payments are processed securely through Paystack or via invoice arrangement. You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your order.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We may cancel orders due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Failure to meet order approval requirements

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and product availability. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Our team will coordinate delivery arrangements directly with you after order confirmation.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Custom-manufactured or modified equipment is not eligible for return.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

8. Warranty

Our products come with a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by product and will be specified on the product page or accompanying documentation. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of Volta Series or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
